Our aim is for every order to roll out the door and get to you as quickly as possible.

Soon after we have processed your order, we will send you an e-mail containing tracking information. From there, it’s just a short wait before your Custom Cafe Bike is delivered.

We ship orders out daily with the exception of holidays and any weekend business closures by our shipping partners. While we generally expect orders to be shipped out within 24 hours, there are cases where additional time may be required. International orders will typically dispatch on one pre-set day per week.
